  • Beginners: Light to medium dumbbells. Intermediate & Advanced: Medium to heavy dumbbells. You may use resistance bands in glutes workouts

You can workout daily for 30 days, or plan working out 3 days a week! this way you will use these sessions for 10 months!

Start with cardio, then muscles toning workouts, core exercises, glutes exercises, in addition to mobility routines.. all this in one course!
